IT Asset and Configuration Analyst

Agilisys is seeking an IT Asset and Configuration Analyst to drive digital transformation within a dynamic organization. This role involves maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by creating and managing asset records, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various teams. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset and configuration management
• Expertise in designing and managing CMDBs using tools like ServiceNow and Hornbill, proficient in data manipulation with JSON, CSV, and tools like MS Excel or Power BI.
• Proven ability to conduct regular audits of the CMDB and analyze data for reports.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience developing and implementing IT asset management policies.
