IT Asset and Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff IT Analyst II to join our growing IT Asset Management (ITAM) Governance team. This role will play a critical part in maturing and stabilizing our Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM) processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or a related IT governance or operations role.
• Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow (particularly CMDB, HAM Pro, and SAM Pro modules).
• Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, inventory, support, disposal).
• Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements impacting asset and configuration data management (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, internal controls).
• Demonstrated experience in translating operational needs into system requirements and enhancements.
• Experience supporting or participating in audits and control testing.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation, reports, and process artifacts.
• Intermediate communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
