IT Asset Management and CMDB Process Owner

Lam Research is seeking an IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Process Owner to join their Global Information Systems Group team. This role focuses on setting strategy for Hardware and Software Asset Management, troubleshooting issues with CI configuration, and collaborating with ServiceNow and stakeholders. The position is structured within the ITSM team and supports users globally.

Requirements

• Engage with service owners and stakeholders to evaluate and improve Asset Management processes.
• Promote and oversee implementation of process and system improvements.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow team members to resolve issues with improperly structured CI metadata.
• Develop and communicate Asset Management policies.
• Report asset and CMDB metrics.
