Lam Research is seeking an IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Process Owner to join their IT Service Management and ServiceNow team. The role focuses on strategy, troubleshooting, and implementing processes to improve asset management and address individual Configuration Items (CIs). It involves collaboration with stakeholders and delivering clear reporting metrics.
Requirements
- Engage with service owners and stakeholders.
- Promote and oversee process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow team to resolve issues.
- Develop and communicate Asset Management policies.
- Report asset and CMDB metrics to IT and InfoSec leadership.
- Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM).

Requirements Summary
Familiarity with CSDM and ServiceNow development. Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Microsoft Intune. CI integration experience is a plus
