IT Asset Management, EOL Governance Manager, VP

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking an IT Asset Management, EOL Governance Manager, VP to drive the completion and sustainability of the firm's End of Life (EOL) commitments and of EOL Program assessment, remediation, and governance.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years' experience working in an enterprise technology environment with a solid understanding of enterprise architectures and application technology components
• 2-3 years' experience working with risk management frameworks (preferably with a financial institution)
• Experience working in ServiceNow including CMDB, reporting and ServiceNow's HAMPro and SAMPro modules
• Strong project management background with ability to drive results in a BAU environment without formal project management structure
• Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware methodologies, processes, and procedures
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management standards and processes (Change Mgt, Release Mgt, Capacity Mgt, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a global collaboration environment across all levels of leadership
• Excellent organization and self-management skills
• Excellent analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
