- Knowledge on ServiceNow Tickets(Tasks, Incident, Change request)
- Knowledge on ServiceNow to Create and Manage CI(Assets, Server)
- Creating Knowledge Articles and publishing
- Harvesting process for Hardware
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within asset management processes
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper accounting and financial reporting of assets
- Stay current with trends and developments in asset management practices, technology, and regulations, making recommendations for improvements as necessary
- Drive the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on asset management performance
- Strong understanding of HAM and SAM asset management principles, processes, and best practices
- Bachelor's or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
