AECOM is seeking an IT Asset Manager to join their team in Brisbane, Australia. The successful candidate will provide IT support, advice, and solutions to internal teams, technology partners, and vendors, while liaising with key stakeholders and leadership to enhance IT asset tracking, management, and optimisation.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT Asset Management, with strong capability across both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, with hands-on experience in SAM Pro and HAM Pro, or similar asset management tools
- Outstanding communication and passion for implementing best-practice IT asset management processes
- Prior experience in the Engineering or Construction sector is highly regarded but not essential
- Experience supporting finance and budgeting processes is desirable
