The role focuses on both hardware, software, and licensing, requiring a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and vendor management. Requirements
- Proven experience in IT asset management with a focus on hardware, software and licensing.
- In-depth knowledge of software licensing models, terms, and conditions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB is mandatory.
- Experience with Qualys and Solarwinds is a plus.
- Experience working with Procurement and Legal teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is a plus.
