Coupang is seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to lead the IT asset management (ITAM) program across the enterprise, managing 60,000+ endpoint systems. This role involves developing and implementing a global ITAM framework, driving data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with global standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of global IT asset management experience
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and other enterprise endpoints
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and MDM solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Korean and English communication skills
