The IT Asset & Procurement Administrator is a key member of the ZOLL Global IT Technology Services team who will manage IT infrastructure through CMDB management, oversee purchasing, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a Technology Related Field
- 2+ years experience in technical support/service IT field
- 2+ years experience in IT asset management and procurement
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on continual improvement
- Collaborative team player with excellent relationship building skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Experience with ITSM tools and managing a CMDB, preferably in ServiceNow
