SAP is seeking a Principal IT Business Services Consultant to support strategic and large customers in their transformation to Cloud and with SAP ECS. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing services, providing ServiceNow support, and mentoring junior team members to deliver enhanced service. This is a key role within the RISE with SAP program, focused on the Cloud Landscape operations.
Requirements
- 14+ years of Technical Operations experience in ABAP/JAVA/HANA/DB2 role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or comparable field
- Excellent knowledge of Java applications and the understanding of ECS infrastructure and automation tools
- Understanding of Linux HA Clusters (Pacemaker & Azure) and preferably AWS
- Good understanding of SAP Technologies and Product dependencies
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
