Chubb is seeking an IT Change Manager to support the infrastructure organization, focusing on managing Change Management processes. This role involves ensuring the quality of change requests, coordinating resources and coordinating activities related to Infrastructure projects, and reporting on progress through weekly change meetings. The role requires a strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow and a commitment to continuous improvement and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience managing Change Requests
- Knowledge of Service Now ITSM tool
- Understanding of Infrastructure concepts (Mainframe, Open Systems, Storage, Windows, Linux)
- Knowledge of IT Service Delivery principles
- Experience with compliance regulations
- Proficiency with ITIL concepts
