The IT Change Manager will lead the IT Change Management programs at Celestica, conducting structured change efforts and evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness. The position requires experience in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM, as well as knowledge of various technologies and ITIL certification.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow platform experience with a focus on ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
  • Experience evaluating, recommending, and implementing infrastructure solutions
  • Experience evaluating or implementing public and private cloud solutions
  • Experience in scoping, planning, and managing complex and concurrent technical activities
  • Experience with business requirements gathering and analysis
  • Understanding of information processing principles and practices
  • Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management

Requirements Summary

8-10 years of relevant experience in IT industry or IT operations, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration, ITIL Certification a plus
