IT&D Controls - Senior Automation Analyst

Reckitt is seeking a Senior Automation Analyst to drive cybersecurity initiatives. The role involves building automation solutions, piloting AI-based tools, and integrating automated controls into IT workflows. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation, data engineering, tech risk, IT audit, or adjacent disciplines.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath), scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL), or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Working knowledge (or high interest in learning) IT General Controls, GRC frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, COBIT), and their automation potential.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Passion for problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
