This role will focus on maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform, driving innovation, and ensuring the platform remains fit for use, with a focus on operational capabilities and strategic direction. Requirements
- 6+ years of technical experience with ServiceNow platform (Washington DC / Xanadu)
- 5+ years of experience with technical architecture, design & solutions on ServiceNow
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience
- Advanced ServiceNow Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Integrations, Platform components, Performance Analytics, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)
- Experience with ITIL Processes (ITIL4)
- Experience with third party applications integration
- Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes
