We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Platform Engineer-ServiceNow to manage the overall ServiceNow platform tooling and operational capability in conjunction with all the relevant processes, controls, and ITIL. The role involves technical leadership of the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the Reckitt platform strategy, and working with the Reckitt platform team, ITSM Global Process owners, and other product & platform owners to enable the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience with technical expertise on ServiceNow (Washington DC / Xanadu)
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience on ServiceNow Modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Integrations, Platform components, Performance Analytics etc.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes
