As an IT Data Analyst Sr (Reporting and Coordination), you will collect, analyze, and interpret service desk data to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will support program operations coordination, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement of IT services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration
- 4+ years of experience in IT data analysis and reporting
- 3+ years of program or project coordination in IT support operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
