We are seeking an IT Data Analyst Sr (Reporting and Coordination) to collect, analyze, and interpret service desk data to identify trends, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting program operations coordination, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and continuous improvement of IT services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Business Administration
- 4+ years of experience in IT data analysis and reporting
- 3+ years of program or project coordination in IT support operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
