IT Delivery Manager, ServiceNow (Hybrid)

Corning is seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to lead and optimize ServiceNow's priorities across platforms and product lines. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• ITIL4 Foundation Certification
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Keen eye for gaps and complexity reduction
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor technical teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules
• 10% domestic travel
