The IT Digital Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and managing end-user technology, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for employees.
Requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to the Regional IT team’s processes, Service Level Agreement (SLA), standards and policies.
- Provide High Priority Incident Management during Terminal incidents
- Investigate escalated and reported incidents, and provide resolutions in line with agreed SLA’s for nominated Business Services
- Provide after-hours response (24x7) to escalated critical incidents for systems at the Terminal on a rotational rostered basis.
Requirements Summary
1 year of EUC support experience, desktop and infrastructure support experience, and knowledge of relevant troubleshooting skills and tools
