We are looking for an IT Digital Workplace Service Engineer to provide on-site support for our Digital Workplace Team in Krailling. The role involves 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support for various devices, setup and configuration of systems, and management of support tickets.
Requirements
- Completed education in the IT sector
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support
- Fundamental experience with Microsoft 365 services
- Excellent analytical skills and solution competence
- Service-oriented working style and high self-reliance
- Fluent German and English skills
