Brinks is seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Director to lead strategic technology initiatives across Finance, Legal, and other core corporate functions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT Strategy, Program Management, or Business Relationship Management (BRM) roles.
  • Proven experience leading legacy system modernization projects, including platform evaluations, cloud migration strategy, and decommissioning roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of corporate functions such as Finance and Legal, and their enabling technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, CLM tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including experience in business case modeling, investment justification, and budget alignment.
  • Proven track record in developing multi-year strategies, producing high-impact presentation materials, and securing executive sponsorship.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and executive sponsors across global and regional teams.
  • Strong program planning and governance experience; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to translate complex ideas into structured, compelling proposals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
