IT Discovery & CMDB Engineer (m/w/d)

REWE digital is seeking an IT Discovery & CMDB Engineer to join their IT Service Management team. The role involves designing, operating, and developing a central CMDB for automated IT infrastructure capture, integrating new technologies, and ensuring data quality. The team supports the REWE Group by digitizing business operations and fostering innovation.

Requirements

• Conception, operation, and development of a central solution for automated IT infrastructure capture.
• Integration of new technologies and organizational units into the discovery solution.
• Coordination of interfaces with product teams.
• Development of individual Discovery patterns tailored to technical systems.
• Monitoring of data flows and ensuring quality of the discovery solution.
• Integration with ServiceNow CMDB and integration of new technologies.
• Development of individual Discovery patterns and scripting knowledge (Python/JavaScript).
