The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, and will also involve occasional on-call support. Requirements
- 3+ years of Desktop Support experience
- 1+ year of Help Desk Support experience
- 1+ year of Knowledge Management
- 1+ year of ServiceNow experience
- Intermediate troubleshooting skills on Windows OS (Win10 & Win11)
