IT Field Support Medewerker

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a full-time IT Field Support Employee to join their One-IT Team, based at Eurofins laboratories in Amsterdam and Barneveld, Netherlands. The role involves providing IT support to customers within the Benelux environment, handling requests from on-site customers, and being a liaison between IT and various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Affinity for IT and a related background and/or education
• Experience with working with ITIL procedures
• Strong communication skills and good mastery of Dutch and English
• Analytical skills, empathetic and energetic
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and results-oriented
