Requirements
- General HW support and maintenance, Help Desk activities.
- Level 2/3 end-user support.
- Workstation moving, fixing, and installation using approved methods.
- Software package creation. SW installation.
- Local Backup System Administrator.
- Training sessions on technology changes.
- Problem management, escalation, and problem solving.
- Configuration Management: Network & User Systems.
- Hardware Management: Hardware Monitoring and Reporting.
- Software Management: Software Updates and Support.
- User Management: Resource Reporting and Service Management.
