We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Engineer to troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer service to system stakeholders. The position involves working on a long-term contract to support the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the delivery of their IT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience supporting complex projects
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Highly motivated, quick learner, organized, strong time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
