Requirements

• Expert knowledge of ITIL processes in a large enterprise and particularly their implementation in ServiceNow, along with ITIL Certification
• Global experience of building out and maintaining infrastructure and network
• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in infrastructure operations management
• Strong knowledge of network and infrastructure technologies
