The company, a leading IT support provider in Greece, is expanding its teams and seeking a Junior Service Desk Engineer to support customer needs. The role involves providing first-level technical support, managing computers and applications, and assisting with installation/configuration tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an IT support environment and eager to learn.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer issues and providing basic network support.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) will be considered an asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical teams and end users.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a structured IT support environment.

Requirements Summary
