The IT Manager/Assistant IT Manager (Customer Services/User Support) at HKBU is responsible for managing and maintaining the digital workplace environment, IT asset management, and network infrastructure. The role requires a strong technical expertise in technologies like Active Directory, Intune, and MS Office, and the ability to support end-user computing services to the University community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
- 8+ years of relevant experience in End User Computing
- Solid domain knowledge on Windows 11, MS Office, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Applications
- Experience with Microsoft Intune architecture design, policies, and features for PC and mobile device management
- Solid knowledge of computer Golden Image build, configuration, and deployment
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Software Asset management
- Strong in supporting Windows/Mac OS/Linux, as well as printing management systems like PaperCut
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a technology-driven and analytical mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
