As an IT Manager I, you will be responsible for ensuring project management deliverables, documentation, and processes meet established standards. You will work closely with project managers, business leads, and development teams to verify adherence to the SDLC and continuously improve process quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and project governance.
  • Experience with project quality control frameworks, risk management, and/or documentation standards.
  • Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Lucid Chart, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification is a plus.
