IT Manager I responsible for ensuring project management deliverables, documentation, and processes meet established standards across the IT project lifecycle. Works closely with project managers, business leads, QA analysts, and development teams to verify adherence to the SDLC and ensure risk controls are embedded.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and project governance
  • Experience with project quality control frameworks, risk management, and/or documentation standards
  • Financial services or banking industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Lucid Chart, ServiceNow) is a plus
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
