Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable professional qualification
  • IT service management experience and certifications such as ITIL
  • Understanding of complex IT landscapes and ability to translate technical content into understandable language
  • Agile methods and customer-oriented working methods such as Scrum and (Biz)DevOps
  • Language skills in German and English
