Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable professional qualification
- IT service management experience and certifications such as ITIL
- Understanding of complex IT landscapes and ability to translate technical content into understandable language
- Agile methods and customer-oriented working methods such as Scrum and (Biz)DevOps
- Language skills in German and English
