IT Operations Manager

Presbyterian is seeking an IT Operations Manager to manage primarily one IT function, develop and manage their respective department budget, and perform performance reviews. The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a 24x7 IT operations staff to ensure applications and services are highly available, consistently responsive, and operationally stable.

Requirements

• Three or more years of management experience directly managing/supervising 24x7 IT Applications, DBAs, system administrators, and operations
• Experience ensuring high-availability and operational stability for Enterprise systems
• Experience supporting, tuning, & configuring Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows servers
• Experience managing multiple incidents & requests within ServiceNow and Jira
• Experience managing vendor relationships and vendor resources
