IT Operations Manager (Remote)

We're seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead a 24x7 IT operations staff and ensure applications & services are highly available, consistently responsive, and operationally stable.

Requirements

• Three or more years of management experience directly managing/supervising 24x7 IT Applications, DBAs, system administrators, and operations
• Experience ensuring high-availability and operational stability for Enterprise systems
• Experience supporting, tuning, & configuring Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows servers
• Experience managing multiple incidents & requests within ServiceNow and Jira
• Experience managing vendor relationships and vendor resources
• High School and five to eight years combined experience in management of IT or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-3 years of experience in management of IT or equivalent experience
