All Lines Technology is seeking a self-starter with excellent customer service skills and tech aptitude for deskside support. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving support requests, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The position requires strong problem-solving and a focus on timely resolution of issues. Location is at a customer facility in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in deskside support and basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, printing, networking, file shares, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Windows 11
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools
  • Printer and scanner support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience with computer asset tracking and user ID creation
  • Understanding of antivirus software
  • Ability to work across multiple platforms and devices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and escalation judgment
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Compliance awareness
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences

Requirements Summary

High school diploma required. Experience with troubleshooting and basic Windows/Office 365 is needed. ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools experience preferred
