D-ploy is seeking a full-time IT/OT Support Specialist for on-site, field service support across various regions including the Netherlands. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in disaster recovery planning. Requirements
- Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
- Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
- Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
- ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
- Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
- Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
