Improve productivity and reduce risk by automating operational workflows as an IT Process Automation Engineer at Wegmans. Innovate and pioneer new automation opportunities within ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- 5 or more years related work experience
- Experience in the installation, configuration and administration of applications
- Experience with automation and/or configuration management tools and frameworks like Selenium, Ansible, Puppet or Terraform
- Experience with API integration
- Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platform
- Proficiency in programming language such as Java, Python and C#
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong communication skills to support collaboration across the organization
- Knowledge of mobile, web and server operating systems, as well as experience with analytics, robotics, AI and machine learning
- Knowledge of network traffic load balancing
- Knowledge of certificates and centralized certificate management
