We are looking for a skilled Technology Product Analyst with expertise in the ServiceNow platform to join our product management team. The successful candidate will analyze customer requirements, product performance and future road map within the ServiceNow ecosystem to help deliver business value and optimize our ServiceNow-based solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product management focused on ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Employee Center, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Ability to translate complex ServiceNow technical features into business value propositions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
