Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Transformational IT Product Support Lead to manage the application support within the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) area. This role focuses on providing quality support to internal and external users, collaborating with service providers, and proactively engaging in product development. The leader is responsible for operational excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement within the IT service delivery process.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in IT application support and managed services
  • Strong understanding of application support processes (ITIL)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and data analytics tools
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of achieving operational excellence
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with Product development is preferred
