MetaPhase is seeking a Program Analyst to support strategic IT transformation programs within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The role involves advising stakeholders, managing acquisitions, and supporting cloud modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong IT program delivery and governance skills, and is independent in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience supporting federal IT programs
- Experience working within or supporting OCIO, PMO, or Infrastructure Operations organizations
- Experience preparing acquisition-related deliverables (SOWs, IGCEs, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, ServiceNow)

Requirements Summary
