Join the Service Integration Team as an experienced Project management professional to support the growth of the Project management function and to deliver ServiceNow related projects within the Service Integration Portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I, CSM) are highly desirable
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies, processes, reporting tools, and risk management
- Excellent communication and people skills: team building, motivation, facilitation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe), Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), and ITIL V3/V4
