Credence is seeking a Federal Technical Project Manager with ServiceNow environment exposure to support the analysis, design, engineering, development, and implementation of software projects within the custom ServiceNow enterprise application suite. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a ServiceNow environment and be able to create implementation or integration approaches for applications and components.

Requirements

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of Hands-on Integration experience in ServiceNow
  • Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts
  • Fosters a customer-focused environment
  • Communicates effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels
  • Eliminates obstacles, gets results, have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance
  • Good problem solver and out of the box thinker
  • Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
  • Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • ServiceNow System Administration certifications (a plus)
  • ServiceNow Scripting (a plus)
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certified (a plus)
  • Advanced ITIL certifications (a plus)
  • Preferred experience at the US Dept of State (a plus)
