Requirements

• A successfully completed study or comparable training.
• Several years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a dynamic agency or consulting environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Active Sourcing and handling relevant tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing TalentManager, Boolean searches).
• An outstanding talent for target-group-oriented written and oral communication as well as a precise and structured way of working.
• High self-motivation, ambition, and willingness to learn, to continuously develop yourself.
• Enthusiasm for the IT industry and a good understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• ServiceNow knowledge is an asset.
• Language skills in German and English at a negotiating level.
