We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in Germany and Poland. You'll be responsible for adapting HR processes to local labor laws and global standards, providing market knowledge, simplifying and automating HR processes, and handling complex problems and escalations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
- In-depth knowledge of labor law in Germany, preferably also in Switzerland and the Netherlands
- Experience in stakeholder management, process optimization, and training implementation
- Fluent in German and English
- Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW) is an asset
