The IT Senior Application Analyst is a subject matter expert covering Human Resources business functions and is responsible for supporting the design, build and run phases for applications. This role partners with HR and Business teams and within IT to assess, prioritize and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years application management across business processes and/or IT experience
- Experience of working closely with HR teams and processes is essential
- Strong understanding of key Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence Management
- Minimum 3 years experience of coordinating outsourced application support providers
- Demonstrated experience in governance, business process improvement, system design, documentation and testing in a regulated continuous improvement environment
- Customer and results orientated personality
- Effective communication and team skills
- Support, diagnostic and problem-solving skills experience
- Flexibility in thinking/action and pragmatic in solving problems
- Fluency in English is essential
