IT Senior Project Methodology Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Project Methodology Specialist to drive best practices in project management, refine, implement, and maintain project methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across Digital & Technology (D&T) initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong background in D&T project management with expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience in developing and implementing project governance frameworks.
• Ability to train and coach project managers on best practices and methodology usage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
