The IT Service Analyst role involves managing error messages, providing on-site technical support (1st and 2nd level), assisting users with IT issues, managing IT hardware, and participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate has IT training or equivalent experience, practical IT support experience, proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or possess equivalent qualifications.
  • Practical experience in IT support and familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) is required.
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, with hands-on experience in network and server infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
  • Fluency in English and a good command of French and/or Dutch.
