Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience supporting Windows-based endpoint devices
- Experience with Windows 11 installation, configuration, and upgrades
- Multi-monitor, docking station, and AV setup experience
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing platforms (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software
