The IT Service Analyst will manage and log error messages, provide on-site technical support, assist users with IT issues, manage IT hardware, and participate in IT projects. The ideal candidate has IT training or equivalent qualifications, practical IT support experience, technical proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or possess equivalent qualifications
  • Practical experience in IT support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Hands-on experience in network and server infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
