The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating and maintaining customer and vendor relationships, managing projects, and tracking service metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementations in relevant MS Azure, MS Windows Server and Datacenter engineering, SD-WAN, and LAN/WAN administration
- Experience with a minimum of three end-to-end Cloud Migration projects or Datacenter Migration projects as a functional team lead or senior consultant
- The role expects a minimum of 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow ITIL framework
