Requirements
- Pursuing an S1/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and service management frameworks
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as JIRA Service Management, Freshservice, ServiceNow, or SysAid
